Ini hari keempat.. setelah “kaki sudah menjadi bubur” di sesi lari kemarin, apa yang saya latih untuk malam ini? Kalau ada pengennya Yoga kali ya, duduk manis tarik buang napas (haha kaya ngerti aja saya, dikira gampang apa Yoga yaaaa).
